Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior housekeeping or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to maintain physical stamina to perform cleaning duties
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Good communication skills
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand and walk for long periods

Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the lobby area
- Keep all public areas neat, vacuumed, and dusted
- Clean mirrors, furniture, floors, ashtrays, elevators, and doors ensuring they are mark-free
- Remove trash from public areas and restock supplies regularly
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries in the lobby
- Assist in maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere throughout the lobby area
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all public spaces meet hotel cleanliness standards
