Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in housekeeping or customer service preferred
ability to communicate with guests and team members
willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
physical ability to stand and walk for long periods
attention to detail and good organizational skills

Job Duties

Ensure cleanliness of the lobby area and all public spaces
vacuum and dust all surfaces regularly
clean mirrors, furniture, floors, ashtrays, elevators, and doors to be mark-free
remove trash from all designated areas promptly
restock supplies in public areas
respond to guest requests and inquiries in the lobby in a friendly and efficient manner
