Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum one year of experience in housekeeping or related field
  • knowledge of hygiene and safety standards
  • physical ability to perform inspections and stand for extended periods
  • good communication and observation skills
  • reliable and punctual
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • basic computer literacy

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • inspect guest rooms and public areas after cleaning
  • ensure compliance with cleanliness, safety, and brand standards
  • identify and report maintenance and cleanliness issues
  • support housekeeping staff with training and corrective actions
  • document inspection results and feedback
  • collaborate with management to improve housekeeping processes
  • maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
