- inspect rooms after cleaning to ensure quality and cleanliness standards
- communicate room status between housekeeping and front desk
- collaborate with housekeepers and supervisors to maintain cleanliness protocols
- prepare rooms for guest arrivals
- report maintenance issues or deficiencies in rooms
- adhere to Hyatt cleanliness and hospitality standards
- assist in training or guiding new housekeeping staff as needed
