Job Requirements

  • High school diploma preferred
  • Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
  • Ability to supervise and lead a team
  • Knowledge of cleaning products and equipment
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to follow safety and emergency protocols
  • Willingness to perform cleaning duties when necessary

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma preferred
  • Experience in housekeeping or hospitality industry
  • Ability to supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff
  • Knowledge of cleaning procedures and product use
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to operate housekeeping equipment
  • Knowledge of safety and emergency procedures

Job Duties

  • Oversee the completion of all duties by house persons and room attendants
  • Prepare evening reports and finish any incomplete tasks from the morning crew
  • Follow established cleaning procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness
  • Properly use all cleaning supplies and fluids according to product specifications
  • Update room status with front office supervisor or computer system at designated intervals
  • Understand and operate all housekeeping equipment according to specifications
  • Perform and complete special projects assigned by the executive housekeeper
