Job Requirements

High school diploma preferred
Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
Ability to supervise and lead a team
Knowledge of cleaning products and equipment
Good communication skills
Ability to follow safety and emergency protocols
Willingness to perform cleaning duties when necessary

Job Qualifications

Experience in housekeeping or hospitality industry
Ability to supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff
Knowledge of cleaning procedures and product use
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to operate housekeeping equipment
Knowledge of safety and emergency procedures

Job Duties

Oversee the completion of all duties by house persons and room attendants
Prepare evening reports and finish any incomplete tasks from the morning crew
Follow established cleaning procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness
Properly use all cleaning supplies and fluids according to product specifications
Update room status with front office supervisor or computer system at designated intervals
Understand and operate all housekeeping equipment according to specifications
Perform and complete special projects assigned by the executive housekeeper
