Job Requirements

High school diploma
at least 2 years of experience in housekeeping or hotel inspection
ability to identify cleanliness and maintenance issues with precision
strong leadership and communication skills
ability to train and manage housekeeping staff
ability to coordinate with front office for guest needs
problem-solving skills
willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs
frequent bending and reaching
comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
