Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum one year of recent janitorial or similar experience
Minimum one year of customer service experience
Ability to work full availability including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
Flexibility to work AM, MID, and PM shifts
Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks
Strong responsibility and reliability

Job Qualifications

Minimum of one year of recent experience in a janitorial or similar cleaning role
At least one year of customer service experience
Ability to work varying shifts including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service
Physical capability to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks

Job Duties

Clean designated areas including restrooms, public areas, offices and banquet/meeting/conference rooms
Perform tasks including dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, shampooing carpets, washing windows, cleaning/waxing floors, removing and disposing of trash and emptying ashtrays
Greet guests in a friendly manner
Report maintenance deficiencies and items in need of repair
Stock and maintain supply rooms as needed
Perform deep cleaning tasks and special projects including mattress flipping and furniture moves as needed
Deliver guest requests and assist in cleaning guest rooms as needed
