Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year of recent janitorial or similar experience
  • Minimum one year of customer service experience
  • Ability to work full availability including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
  • Flexibility to work AM, MID, and PM shifts
  • Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks
  • Strong responsibility and reliability

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year of recent experience in a janitorial or similar cleaning role
  • At least one year of customer service experience
  • Ability to work varying shifts including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service
  • Physical capability to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks

Job Duties

  • Clean designated areas including restrooms, public areas, offices and banquet/meeting/conference rooms
  • Perform tasks including dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, shampooing carpets, washing windows, cleaning/waxing floors, removing and disposing of trash and emptying ashtrays
  • Greet guests in a friendly manner
  • Report maintenance deficiencies and items in need of repair
  • Stock and maintain supply rooms as needed
  • Perform deep cleaning tasks and special projects including mattress flipping and furniture moves as needed
  • Deliver guest requests and assist in cleaning guest rooms as needed
