Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in housekeeping preferred
  • Ability to lift heavy furniture and perform physical cleaning tasks
  • Availability to work AM and PM shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures
  • Good physical health and stamina
  • Strong work ethic
  • Team player mentality

  • Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred
  • Ability to operate cleaning equipment and tools safely

  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Clean guest rooms by moving furniture and performing deep cleaning tasks such as edging carpets, washing windows, checking drapes, scrubbing bathroom floors, inspecting rooms with a black light, changing shower curtains, and vacuuming
  • Rotate mattresses quarterly
  • Run daily room status reports
  • Chart all daily cleaning and maintenance activities on a progress chart
  • Assist in deep cleaning public and back-of-house areas as needed
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness for guests
  • Uphold Hilton's quality standards in all cleaning and maintenance tasks
