Job Requirements
- Extensive standing, walking, lifting and bending
- Able to push, stand, stoop, bend and lift items weighing up to 150 pounds repetitively

Job Duties
- Reports to work as scheduled in proper uniform
- Consistently maintains a friendly positive attitude ensuring positive guest experience
- Follow and adhere to all housekeeping department policies and procedures
- Follow proper radio communication etiquette
- Respond, follow and close requests assigned by proper usage of radio
- Help room attendants by emptying trash and soiled linen from housekeeping carts
- Maintain cleanliness of public restrooms, hotel lobbies, ashtrays, elevators, ice machine areas, stairwells, entrances and hallways
- Handle guests with excellent guest relations skills
- Clean back-of-the-house windows as needed
- Vacuum guest hallways daily
- Use proper chemicals when cleaning
- Attend all departmental meetings as scheduled
- Perform duties in timely and efficient manner
- Maintain linen closets clean, stock and organized
- Bring trash to compactor at end of day
- Wash guest room glassware and deliver to linen closets
- Bring dirty glassware to housekeeping at end of shift
- Perform all other duties as directed by management
- Notify supervisors promptly of all problems or unusual matters
- Be polite, friendly and helpful to guests, management and team members
- Attend all appropriate meetings and training sessions
- Maintain cleanliness and condition of equipment and work area
- Execute emergency procedures according to hotel standards
- Comply with safety regulations and procedures
- Comply with hotel policies and rules
- Recycle whenever possible
- Remain current with hotel information and changes
- Promote and apply teamwork skills at all times
- Notify appropriate individuals promptly of problems or unusual matters
- Comply with uniform and grooming standards
