Job Requirements
- eligible to work in the united states
- sufficient education and literacy to identify and read product labels and communicate job-related needs
- ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required with or without reasonable accommodations
- availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- possess a warm, professional demeanor reflecting company culture
- willingness to follow housekeeping protocols and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous hotel or hospitality experience is a plus
- ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests
- basic literacy to read product labels and instructions
- physical ability to perform cleaning and lifting tasks
- positive attitude and willingness to learn
- flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- support the housekeeping team by maintaining cleanliness in public areas
- deliver linens and supplies to guest rooms
- assist with room resets
- stock housekeeping carts
- assist with cleaning tasks as needed
- communicate with housekeeping supervisor or executive housekeeper
- maintain a warm and professional demeanor reflecting company culture
