Job Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Sufficient education and literacy to read labels and communicate needs
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required with or without accommodations
- Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Warm, professional demeanor consistent with company culture
- Willingness to follow company policies and safety guidelines
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous hotel or housekeeping experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read product labels and understand cleaning supplies
- Physical ability to perform duties including lifting, bending, and standing
- Demonstrated reliability and ability to work flexible schedules
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Job Duties
- Support housekeeping team by stocking carts and delivering supplies
- Assist with cleaning and room resets to maintain high cleanliness standards
- Communicate effectively with housekeeping supervisors and executive housekeepers
- Ensure public areas and guest rooms are maintained according to company policies
- Uphold a professional and warm demeanor that reflects the company culture
- Adhere to safety and sanitation regulations while performing tasks
- Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly to supervisors
