Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks required for housekeeping
- Basic communication skills in English
- Reliable and punctual
- Willingness to adhere to hotel policies and procedures
- Available to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or housekeeping preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties and stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Assist housekeeping staff with cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, corridors, and public areas
- Replenish supplies and amenities in guest rooms and common areas
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and according to hotel standards
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department
- Follow safety and sanitation policies to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Support team members in achieving daily operational goals
