With a commitment to quality, efficiency, and safety, Sandpiper Hospitality continues to expand its footprint with a team-oriented culture dedicated to maintaining superior facility standards.

The Houseperson (H) role at Sandpiper Hospitality is a multi-skilled, hands-on technician position essential for keeping the property in excellent condition both inside and out. This role is a unique blend of light maintenance and core housekeeping responsibilities centered around room preparation after guest move-outs. The Houseperson ensures that the property meets the company brand standards, contributing significantly to guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. The Houseperson not only supports the housekeeping team with their duties but also plays a critical role in maintaining the overall aesthetic and functional quality of the facilities.

In addition to light maintenance and housekeeping tasks, the role requires readiness to respond to emergencies promptly and effectively. The Houseperson is also involved in laundry duties and cross-training for move-out and stay-over attendant roles to ensure seamless property operations. Candidates for this position need strong mechanical aptitude, physical dexterity, and the ability to work independently and safely. This role is perfect for those who enjoy a diverse, hands-on work environment and want to contribute their technical skills toward an exceptional hospitality experience. Sandpiper Hospitality fosters an inclusive and supportive workplace environment, emphasizing equal employment opportunities for all individuals regardless of their background.
