- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with fellow associates and guests in person or via cellular telephone or radio
- Must be able to read and understand daily work assignments

Job Duties
- Ensures that assigned linen room closets are stocked at par
- Empties Guest Room Attendants' linens on an hourly basis or as needed
- Empties Guest Room Attendants' garbage on an hourly basis or as needed
- Keeps the laundry room clean
- Removes trays and trash from the guest floors
- Keeps corridors on guest room floors clean
- Keeps areas by the ice machines clean
- Moves furniture upon request
- Completes guest requests
