Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED or equivalent
6 months or more related experience
Previous hotel environment (Marriott Brand preferred)
Knowledge of housekeeping principles and practices along with the use of cleaning chemicals and equipment and supplies
Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and have a flexible schedule

Job Duties

Daily cleaning and maintenance of all guest rooms
Ensure compliance with proper cleaning techniques, procedures, Marriott brand standards and government and state regulations
Ensure proper use of chemicals and cleaning supplies and personal protective equipment
Respond to any guest requests, concerns, and problems to ensure complete guest satisfaction
Perform additional tasks as requested by Management
Consistent professional and positive attitude and actions when communicating with guests and other Ambassadors
On time and in proper uniform/dress when scheduled for work
