The On-Call Housekeeping House Attendant at Four Seasons Resort O'ahu at Ko Olina plays a crucial role in maintaining the resort’s high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Reporting to the Director of Housekeeping, the house attendant is responsible for cleaning public spaces including lobbies, elevators, restrooms, employee locker rooms, guest corridors, the spa, fitness club, and other areas within the rooms division. This position also involves assisting room attendants with moving beds and other furniture as required.

The House Attendant must possess a passion for excellence and embrace the spirit of aloha, delivering premier customer service and hospitality. This is an on-call position demanding flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Job Duties

  • Responsible for the cleaning of lobbies, elevators, public area restrooms, employee locker rooms, guest corridors, Spa and Fitness Club, and other rooms division areas
  • Assist room attendants with moving beds and other furniture in the building
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization standards throughout the resort's public and employee areas
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during cleaning tasks
  • Support teamwork by being flexible to accept assignments as needed
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with a spirit of aloha
  • Report any maintenance or safety issues observed during cleaning duties
