The role of House Attendant at Four Seasons Hotel Austin is a key position within the dynamic Rooms Team. This role involves maintaining impeccable cleanliness and order throughout the hotel's public areas, ensuring that linen and storage areas are well stocked, and promptly attending to guest requests. The House Attendant is expected to anticipate the needs of guests, providing tailored services that enhance their stay and contribute to the hotel's reputation for excellence. This position requires flexibility and dedication, as the hotel operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Candidates must be willing to work a variety of shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet the needs of a luxury hotel environment.

Job Requirements

  • Work authorization in the United States
  • Ability to lift 40 pounds of weight
  • Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Good physical stamina

Job Qualifications

  • One to two years’ experience working in housekeeping preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of cleaning procedures and safety standards
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Customer service orientation
  • Basic understanding of housekeeping operations

Job Duties

  • Keep public areas of the hotel clean and well-maintained
  • Stock linen and storage areas with clean linens
  • Deliver guest request items promptly
  • Anticipate and customize guest needs before being asked
  • Maintain knowledge of all available menu options
  • Work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Collaborate effectively with the Rooms Team to ensure high standards of service
