This property serves as a social hub with elegant restaurants, event spaces, a spa, and a rooftop pool overlooking the Cumberland River and Riverfront Park. We are excited to offer the role of House Attendant at Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Nashville, a full-time position that plays a crucial role within the housekeeping team. The House Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest floors, public areas, and support areas such as linen rooms. This position supports Room Attendants by ensuring guest supplies are stocked and trash is promptly removed to uphold the high standards of cleanliness and presentation that Four Seasons is recognized for.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a keen eye for detail, a dedication to quality, and a passion for delivering genuine hospitality. This role involves operating cleaning equipment safely, maintaining stocked and tidy linen rooms and storage areas, and assisting with guest requests. The House Attendant also contributes to a welcoming and professional environment by engaging with guests warmly and identifying ways to personalize their experience.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred
- Previous experience in housekeeping preferably in a luxury hotel environment is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and a solid work ethic
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Knowledge and ability to safely operate cleaning equipment
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnights
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset

Job Duties
- Support Room Attendants by ensuring guest room supplies are fully stocked and trash and debris are removed efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of guest corridors, elevator landings, stairwells, linen rooms, and public areas at all times
- Stock linen rooms and storage areas with clean linens and supplies
- Pick up and deliver guest-requested items promptly and professionally
- Assist in Lobby Attendant and Room Attendant duties during high volume periods or as needed
- Ensure all linen rooms and storage areas are tidy, properly stocked, and secured when not in use
- Operate cleaning equipment safely and report any defects or accidents immediately
- Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure it is clean, organized, and in good working condition
- Report any damages, maintenance issues, or safety hazards to management promptly
- Provide genuine hospitality by interacting with guests in a warm, welcoming, and professional manner
- Identify opportunities to personalize each guest's experience and promote hotel services and amenities
- Comply with all health and safety policies and report any suspicious activity
- Carry out additional cleaning or operational duties as assigned
- Work harmoniously and professionally with all team members
