Job Duties

  • clean and maintain designated hotel areas including public spaces offices restrooms and banquet meeting conference rooms
  • dust and shine furniture and fixtures
  • vacuum mop shampoo carpets and clean floors
  • wash windows and remove waste and ashtrays
  • greet every guest warmly and courteously
  • keep accurate records of maintenance requests and completed repairs
  • plan and coordinate with management for timely and cost-effective supply replenishment
  • perform extensive cleaning duties and manage unique projects
  • respond promptly to guest requests and assist in cleaning guest lodgings as necessary
