The Housekeeping Helper will be responsible for a variety of cleaning duties including dusting, shining furniture and fixtures, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, shampooing carpets, washing windows, buffing floors, and disposing of waste and ashtrays. The role also involves interacting with guests by greeting them warmly and promptly addressing their requests, thereby enhancing the hotel’s reputation for outstanding customer service.

In addition to cleaning duties, the Housekeeping Helper will maintain accurate records of all maintenance requests and completed repairs, facilitating efficient management of upkeep and supplies. Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • clean and maintain designated areas such as public spaces offices restrooms and banquet meeting conference rooms

  • greet every person who enters in a friendly manner
