It actively seeks to hire mental health peers, BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, veterans, and individuals from all belief systems, demonstrating a respectful and inclusive workplace environment that fosters growth and community impact.

Gladman MHRC focuses on rehabilitative and supportive care, helping individuals manage their mental health conditions in a safe and therapeutic environment.

The position offered is for a Housekeeping and Laundry Worker at the Gladman MHRC site, a full-time role with shifts available in both the morning (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM) and evening (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM) hours. Laundry tasks encompass distributing clean linens, collecting soiled laundry, and ensuring all processes meet infection control standards to prevent contamination and promote a healthy living environment.

This position requires a high level of reliability, the ability to work as part of a team, and a willingness to collaborate with clinical staff, especially in managing resident safety and responding to behavioral incidents as needed. The role demands physical stamina, attention to detail, and adherence to safety protocols including professional assault response and universal precautions to ensure safety and quality service delivery.

Telecare values professional development, requiring attendance at in-service education classes and maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor. The position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, including union membership requirements, with a minimum compensation of $21.78 per hour.
