The Housekeeper position is essential to maintaining the cleanliness and order of our community. This role involves ensuring that all common areas, as well as the assigned residents' apartments, are consistently clean and well-kept. The housekeeper will carry out all responsibilities in a way that aligns with our philosophy of serving senior adults, emphasizing care, attention to detail, and respect for residents' privacy and belongings. This is a rewarding role for individuals who take pride in their work and wish to contribute to the welfare of seniors directly. The housekeeper will report directly to the Housekeeper Director and will be a critical part of the team that supports the overall wellbeing of our residents. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field
  • Ability to lift and move cleaning equipment
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Willingness to undergo background check
  • Physically capable of performing cleaning duties

Job Qualifications

  • Prior housekeeping experience
  • Ability to follow detailed cleaning protocols
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Ensure cleanliness of all common areas including resident apartments
  • Follow company guidelines for cleaning procedures
  • Report any maintenance issues promptly

  • Respect residents privacy and belongings
  • Collaborate with the Housekeeper Director to meet cleanliness standards
