Additionally, the Housekeeping Supervisor must maintain accurate records for the lost and found department, ensuring proper documentation and accountability. Special attention is given to VIP guests, early make-ups, and specific cleaning requests, which are handled efficiently to uphold the hotel’s reputation for outstanding service.
