As a Guest Room Attendant at Greens, your primary focus will be on maximizing guest satisfaction by ensuring that all guest rooms are maintained with the highest standards of cleanliness and orderliness. You will be responsible for organizing and managing housekeeping supplies, contributing to the efficient operation of the department. Your duties will include cleaning guest rooms in line with both Greens’ and the Brand’s guidelines, maintaining a professional and hospitable attitude, and representing the mission, values, and culture of the organization in every task you undertake. This role demands physical endurance and the ability to perform various tasks such as standing for long hours, lifting, bending, and reaching as part of daily activities. The position may require working flexible hours, including holidays, weekends, and evenings, sometimes extending to long shifts.

Successful candidates will be well-groomed, attentive to detail, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. Being able to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team environment is crucial. Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Maximize guest satisfaction by providing neat and clean guest rooms in accordance with the standards of Greens and the Brand
  • Responsible for the usage and organization of supplies in the housekeeping department
  • Understand and implement the mission statement, values, and culture always
  • Stand for eight hours, bend, stretch, and reach as needed
  • Push or pull 60 pounds and lift and/or carry 30 pounds
  • Communicate with guests and co-workers in a friendly and helpful professional manner
  • Assist with guest issues, maintain a hospitable caring attitude
