Job Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum one year experience in housekeeping or guest room attendant role
Ability to perform major life activities including standing, lifting, bending, learning, reading, concentrating, thinking, and communicating
Ability to stand for eight hours and perform physical tasks such as bending, stretching, and reaching
Capacity to push or pull 60 pounds and lift or carry 30 pounds
Flexibility to work varied schedules including holidays, weekends, and evenings
Excellent attendance and responsible work ethic
Ability to work alone and comply with all service standards
Effective time management skills
Friendly and professional communication with guests and coworkers
Ability to assist guests professionally while maintaining a hospitable attitude
Well-groomed and professional appearance

Job Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum of one year experience as a Guest Room Attendant or similar role
Ability to multitask and remain detail-oriented
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Professional appearance and grooming
Empathetic with good listening skills
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies

Job Duties

Maximize guest satisfaction by providing neat and clean guest rooms in accordance with the standards of Greens and the Brand
Responsible for the usage and organization of supplies in the housekeeping department
Understand and implement the mission statement, values, and culture always
Perform cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing guest rooms
Report maintenance issues and restock room amenities as needed
Interact professionally with guests and respond to inquiries or requests
Adhere to health and safety guidelines and company policies
