Job Requirements
- Meet physical job requirements including climbing ladders, standing for extended periods, walking, crouching, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working at heights using ladders and lifts
- Reliable transportation is required
- Availability for a five-day workweek with weekend and holiday availability
- Ability to work 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. typical hours

- Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
Job Duties
- Ensure all areas of the Club are clean and sanitary
- Clean entry and exit doors
- Pressure wash exterior building surfaces and sidewalks
- Clean windows and gutters
- Maintain golf course restrooms
- Wash floors as needed
- Empty trash receptacles throughout the property
- Provide light housekeeping support when needed
- Report maintenance concerns including damage, burned-out bulbs, or plumbing issues
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Director or General Manager
