Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- high school diploma or equivalent
- familiarity with office software
- physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- ability to stand, walk, talk, hear
- ability to work in wet or humid conditions occasionally
- willingness to work full time
- good communication skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- familiarity with computer software including word processing, database, and spreadsheet programs especially Excel
- good knowledge of housekeeping department duties
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions
- ability to write simple correspondence
- ability to present information effectively in one-on-one and small group situations
- ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide numbers including units of money and measurement
- common sense understanding to carry out written, oral, or diagram instructions

Job Duties
- Prepare daily paperwork for housekeeping associates
- communicate with Front Office and Engineering departments
- communicate with Laundry Department on linen deliveries
- organize associate work duties and ensure administrative tasks are completed
- provide professional, friendly service to guests and associates
- communicate and prioritize cleaning of rooms with Lead Room Attendants
- complete and provide weekly schedule for housekeeping
- maintain request off calendar
- act as primary contact for Hot-Sos issues
- maintain and complete weekly attendance book for housekeeping and laundry associates
- perform other duties as required
