Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred
- 1 to 3 years of related work experience cleaning multiple facilities
- knowledge of building cleaning practices, methods, supplies and equipment
- ability to perform routine custodial tasks independently
- physical ability to walk entire shift, stoop, bend, twist, climb stairs and lift/push up to 50 lbs.
- flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- successful completion of on-site CPR and blood borne pathogen training
Job Qualifications

- working knowledge of building cleaning practices, methods, supplies and equipment
- ability to perform routine and repetitive custodial tasks without immediate supervision
- ability to walk entire shift, stoop, bend, twist, climb stairs, and lift/push up to 50 lbs.
- ability to work flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- required to successfully complete on-site CPR and blood borne pathogen training
Job Duties
- Mix and prepare cleaning products
- clean facility interior and exterior
- vacuum, sweep, mop, clean and wax floors
- ensure a safe environment for patrons
- remove liquids and debris from walkways during events
- clean and sanitize restroom facilities and fixtures
- replenish supplies in restrooms
- wash windows, mirrors, walls, and countertops
- remove and dispose of debris from parking lots and walkways
- empty waste receptacles
- perform additional staff functions for events
- exercise resource stewardship and report irregularities to supervisor
- follow OSHA and in-house safety guidelines
- perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
