Job Requirements

  • US work authorization
  • Minimum of 1-year experience in housekeeping or similar supervisory role
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Job Qualifications

  • At least 1-year experience in a similar housekeeping or supervisory position within hospitality
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Word and Excel

Job Duties

  • Answering all housekeeping telephone calls and facilitating operating efficiency of the housekeeping department
  • Directing a section of the housekeeping staff to ensure guest rooms and public areas are cleaned to exacting standards
  • Maintaining uniforms control and inventory
  • Assisting with uniform drop-off and pick-up of employees
  • Supporting overall day-to-day efficiency of the housekeeping operation
  • Coordinating communication between housekeeping staff and management
  • Monitoring cleanliness and maintenance standards in assigned areas
