Job Duties

  • Exemplifies the image of aloha while assisting guests in accordance with Outrigger policies and procedures
  • Acts as liaison between the Front Desk, Maintenance and Housekeeping Departments
  • Prepare assignment boards for room attendants
  • Maintains a regular update on the room status
  • Ensures all housekeeping files and records are maintained
  • Works flexible days and shifts as required
  • Communicates effectively in English
