Job Requirements

Possess a valid Missouri 'E' or Arkansas 'P' driver's license
Clean and safe driving record
Extensive understanding of housekeeping duties
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 100 pounds
Ability to adapt to changes in work environment
Responsible for managing a large team and coordinating multiple tasks
Commitment to uphold company policies and values

Job Qualifications

One to two years of related experience or training
Equivalent combination of education and experience
Supervisory experience in the hospitality housekeeping field
Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
Skilled in oral and written communication
Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office software
Strong problem-solving and leadership skills

Job Duties

Establish standards and procedures for housekeeping staff
Assist in planning work schedules to ensure adequate service
Inspect and evaluate physical condition of establishment
Make recommendations for painting, repairs, furnishings, relocation of equipment, and reallocation of space
Manage and direct five subordinate supervisors and 60 employees in Housekeeping and Laundry Departments
Interview, hire, and train employees
Maintain high morale and ensure departmental efficiency
