Job Requirements
- Possess a valid Missouri 'E' or Arkansas 'P' driver's license
- Clean and safe driving record
- Extensive understanding of housekeeping duties
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 100 pounds
- Ability to adapt to changes in work environment
- Responsible for managing a large team and coordinating multiple tasks
- Commitment to uphold company policies and values
Job Qualifications
- One to two years of related experience or training
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Supervisory experience in the hospitality housekeeping field
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Skilled in oral and written communication
- Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office software
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
Job Duties
- Establish standards and procedures for housekeeping staff
- Assist in planning work schedules to ensure adequate service
- Inspect and evaluate physical condition of establishment
- Make recommendations for painting, repairs, furnishings, relocation of equipment, and reallocation of space
- Manage and direct five subordinate supervisors and 60 employees in Housekeeping and Laundry Departments
- Interview, hire, and train employees
- Maintain high morale and ensure departmental efficiency
