We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. This is an in-person role with a starting pay of $16.00 per hour. The Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various settings, including residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate must be committed to delivering excellent customer service and completing all cleaning duties to the highest standards. Responsibilities include thorough cleaning such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces, managing laundry duties, and maintaining floors through tasks like carpet cleaning and hard floor care. Additionally, the Cleaner will be expected to uphold sanitation protocols to ensure safe and hygienic environments for all clients. The position also involves providing exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences, maintaining cleanliness in common areas, restrooms, and kitchens, and assisting with housekeeping management tasks including stocking and organizing cleaning supplies. This role demands attention to detail, the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and effective communication skills to interact with clients and team members. Job Duties

  • perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties including dusting vacuuming mopping and sanitizing surfaces
  • manage laundry duties ensuring linens and other items are cleaned and organized properly
  • execute floor care tasks including carpet cleaning and maintenance of hard surface floors
  • provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning sessions
  • maintain cleanliness in common areas restrooms and kitchens as part of janitorial duties
  • follow established sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients
  • assist with housekeeping management tasks ensuring all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized
