Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior cleaning experience preferred
- ability to follow sanitation protocols
- physical stamina to perform cleaning duties
- effective communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours
- reliable and punctual
- valid transportation to travel to job sites
Job Qualifications
- prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning is highly preferred
- janitorial or custodial experience is a plus
- knowledge of floor care techniques such as carpet cleaning waxing and polishing
- familiarity with sanitation procedures and proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- experience with laundry operations and handling various cleaning supplies safely
- hotel or hospitality experience is advantageous but not required
- enthusiasm for delivering outstanding service is essential
- ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail
Job Duties
- perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces including dusting vacuuming mopping and sanitizing surfaces to uphold cleanliness standards
- handle laundry duties such as washing drying folding and organizing linens and clothing items with care
- maintain floor care by sweeping scrubbing waxing and polishing various flooring types to keep them pristine
- ensure all sanitation protocols are followed diligently to promote a healthy environment for clients and staff
- provide exceptional customer service by addressing client requests promptly and professionally during cleaning appointments
- manage janitorial tasks including restocking supplies emptying trash bins and maintaining cleaning equipment in excellent condition
- assist with housekeeper management tasks when needed supporting team coordination and ensuring efficient workflow
