Crown Hotel & Travel Management, LLC is currently inviting applications for housekeepers in both full-time and part-time capacities. This role is fundamental to maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and comfort that guests expect from a premier hotel operator. Housekeepers are vital players in the guest experience, ensuring that rooms and public areas meet rigorous cleanliness standards. Responsibilities include changing bed linens daily, vacuuming carpets, dusting furniture, and thoroughly cleaning bathroom facilities. Attention to detail is paramount, as housekeepers are required to remove fingerprints and smudges from various surfaces and ensure standard room setups are meticulously adhered to.

The position also involves reporting damages, missing items, and any personal effects left behind by guests, highlighting the importance of vigilance and prompt communication. Moreover, housekeepers assist team members with additional cleaning tasks as needed, fostering a collaborative workplace atmosphere. Physical stamina is essential for this role, as it involves prolonged periods of standing and walking, as well as occasional lifting of items weighing up to 15 pounds. Job Duties

  • Change bed linen daily
  • vacuum carpeting
  • dust all furniture including picture frames, bed frames, lamps, TVs, dressers
  • remove fingerprints and smudges on mirrors, shiny surfaces, and windows
  • thoroughly clean the bathroom area including shower stall, sink, floor, and toilet
  • ensure standard room setup compliance
  • report all damages found in a room immediately
  • report all missing items and personal guest items found in vacant rooms promptly
  • turn in all lost and found items to Executive Housekeeper immediately
  • assist housekeepers with additional cleaning chores
