Job Requirements
- Knowledge of company policies
- Ability to read, understand, and communicate information and ideas in writing
- Ability to understand and communicate ideas and information orally
- Ability to utilize club software program and email software such as Microsoft Outlook
- At least one year experience in hospitality or related service preferred
- Food safety certified if applicable
- Professional friendly manner and excellent customer service attitude
- Strong verbal communication and conflict resolution skills
- Enthusiastic, responsible, dependable team player
- Self-motivated and takes initiative
- Well organized and detail oriented
- CPR certified
Job Qualifications
- At least one year experience in the hospitality industry or related service position preferred
- Food safety certified if applicable

- Strong verbal communication and conflict resolution skills

Job Duties
- Greet members and guests upon arrival to the club
- Check members in by verifying their membership
- Ensure all guests complete a guest registration waiver and pay applicable fees
- Book appointments, programs, and class reservations
- Provide information regarding club programming and facilities
- Deliver exceptional service to members, guests, and associates
- Represent the club professionally through image, dress, communication, and follow-up
