Job Requirements

  • Passion for perfection and attention to detail
  • Ability to focus on guest needs while remaining calm and courteous
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and late nights
  • Ability to work on feet for eight hours or more
  • Able to lift, push, reach for, or carry 50 plus pounds frequently
  • Six months to one year or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
  • Knowledge of cleaning safety protocols
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle physical demands of the job including lifting and standing for long periods
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for cleanliness

Job Duties

  • Maintain high level of positive and professional approach with team members and guests
  • Follow all safety and health regulations including Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) protocol policies
  • Thoroughly clean rooms after guest check-out including bathroom, balconies, and room furnishings, sanitizing all high touch surfaces
  • Resolve guest issues professionally and timely
  • Learn and know the names of chemicals used to address guest inquiries
  • Stock and maintain supply closets
  • Ensure overall cleanliness and readiness of rooms for new guests
