The position available is a full-time, non-management Housekeeping role located in Bloomington, Minnesota, at the JW Marriott property. With an hourly pay range of $18.32 to $20.38, this role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences. The Housekeeping team member will play a vital part in maintaining the cleanliness and order of guest rooms and public areas, directly impacting guest satisfaction and hotel reputation. Responsibilities include responding promptly to guest requests, replenishing guest amenities, changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, dusting and polishing furniture, vacuuming carpets, and ensuring all appliances in rooms are functional and in place. Team members must follow strict safety and security policies, report any hazards or maintenance issues, and uphold company standards in uniform appearance and interpersonal communication.

Physical demands of the job include lifting and moving objects up to and beyond 25 pounds with assistance, and tasks requiring bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods. This active and physically engaging role requires attentiveness to detail and a genuine commitment to guest service excellence.
