Job Requirements

- Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Physical ability to perform cleaning duties including lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50 pounds
- Availability to work on weekends

Job Qualifications
- Frequent standing, bending, walking, and moving around the hotel

Job Duties
- Thoroughly clean, dust, vacuum and mop room and bathroom according to IHG standards and procedure
- Clean rooms in a timely and efficient manner
- Stock assigned housekeeping cart with cleaning supplies and room amenities
- Replenish guest amenities in rooms as needed
- Maintain clean and organized housekeeping storage
- Communicate any maintenance concerns to maintenance department
- Transport waste and trash to proper disposal area
- Turn in Lost and Found items to the front desk
- Maintain guest confidentiality
- Greet guests and respond to guest requests or concerns in a prompt and professional manner
- All other duties as assigned
