The Housekeeping position at Help Space Vacation Rentals is vital to maintaining the overall guest experience and ensuring each rental property is pristine and inviting. Work shifts are typically scheduled between 11:00 am and 4:00 pm, coinciding with guest check-in and check-out times, although occasional shifts in the evening (5:00 pm to 11:00 pm) may be required. Flexibility is essential, as weekend work is almost always necessary due to the nature of the hospitality industry. Employees must be prepared to work on weekdays and weekends and should be comfortable with lifting weights up to 50 pounds, reflecting the physical demands of the job. To recognize the importance and challenge of weekend work, housekeepers receive an extra $2 per hour on top of the standard $20 hourly rate.
