Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in housekeeping or related field preferred
- ability to operate cleaning equipment safely
- good physical stamina and attention to detail
- strong communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest service

- basic understanding of cleaning equipment and chemicals
- physical ability to perform cleaning tasks for extended periods
Job Duties
- ensure cleanliness and maintenance of designated areas such as restrooms, public spaces, offices, and meeting or banquet venues
- wipe and shine furniture and fixtures
- sweep, mop, vacuum, shampoo carpets, wash windows, clean and wax floors, dispose of trash and empty ashtrays
- warmly welcome visitors with a cheerful greeting
- notify management of maintenance concerns and equipment malfunctions
- maintain proper inventory levels in supply rooms
- undertake intensive cleaning duties and specialized assignments
- attend to guests' needs and help maintain cleanliness of guest rooms when necessary
