This position focuses on the meticulous cleaning and upkeep of various designated areas within the hotel, including restrooms, public spaces, offices, and meeting or banquet venues. The Housekeeping Attendant works diligently to uphold impeccable standards by performing a variety of cleaning tasks such as wiping and shining furniture and fixtures, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, shampooing carpets, washing windows, cleaning and waxing floors, as well as emptying trash and ashtrays.

In addition to maintaining cleanliness, the Housekeeping Attendant plays a vital role in guest relations by warmly welcoming visitors with a cheerful greeting and promptly responding to guest requests regarding cleaning and maintenance services. This role also involves routine communication with management to report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions that require repair, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment at all times. The Housekeeping Attendant manages inventory levels in supply rooms, ensuring that sufficient cleaning materials and supplies are always available to perform tasks efficiently.

This position demands a person who is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling intensive cleaning duties and specialized assignments. Flexibility is also important, as the attendant may assist with guest room cleaning when necessary. Job Qualifications

Job Duties
