The Club Cleaner role at The Bay Club Company is pivotal in upholding the club’s standards for cleanliness and member satisfaction. This position is responsible for maintaining the pristine condition of the club’s environment to provide the highest level of member service, reinforcing the welcoming atmosphere that members and guests expect. The role demands meticulous attention to detail through activities such as restocking towel shelves, cleaning and disinfecting restrooms, vacuuming, mopping floors, and ensuring all janitorial supplies are replenished. Job Duties
- Detail cleaning and preventive maintenance such as re-stocking towel shelves, empty and wipe down trash cans, disinfect and clean toilets and showers, clean vanity mirrors and top lights, vacuum carpets, mop floors regularly, and dry mop wet areas
- restock vanity supplies and replenish inventory and janitorial products
- maintain a clean, safe work environment
- greet members and guests throughout the property
- understand and anticipate the needs of members and provide exceptional customer service
- communicate timely and follow up as appropriate
- actively participate in events, programs, meetings and training
- represent the club professionally in image, dress, communication, and immediate follow through
- work varied schedules including weekends and holidays
