Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • Experience in housekeeping or janitorial roles preferred but not mandatory
  • Ability to perform physical tasks involved in housekeeping including lifting and standing for extended periods
  • Availability to work PRN shifts as needed
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability
  • Willingness to adhere to safety and sanitation protocols

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • Three to six months experience in housekeeping or janitorial position preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization

Job Duties

  • Exemplify community standards of cleanliness, sanitation and organization at all times
  • Perform a variety of housekeeping and laundry functions to maintain an attractive, clean, and comfortable environment
  • Ensure all areas meet the needs of residents by maintaining cleanliness and sanitation
  • Follow established protocols for cleaning and disinfecting resident and common areas
  • Report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate department
  • Support team efforts to create a welcoming and safe environment for all residents
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations related to housekeeping tasks
