Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Experience in housekeeping or janitorial roles preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to perform physical tasks involved in housekeeping including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Availability to work PRN shifts as needed
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Willingness to adhere to safety and sanitation protocols
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Three to six months experience in housekeeping or janitorial position preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrated commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization
Job Duties
- Exemplify community standards of cleanliness, sanitation and organization at all times
- Perform a variety of housekeeping and laundry functions to maintain an attractive, clean, and comfortable environment
- Ensure all areas meet the needs of residents by maintaining cleanliness and sanitation
- Follow established protocols for cleaning and disinfecting resident and common areas
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate department
- Support team efforts to create a welcoming and safe environment for all residents
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations related to housekeeping tasks
