Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 30 pounds
- good communication skills
- ability to work friday to tuesday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
- ability to follow detailed instructions precisely
- willingness to learn and adapt to safety guidelines
- commitment to resident confidentiality

- previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required
- ability to follow instructions accurately
- strong communication skills
- ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- willingness to work a Friday to Tuesday schedule from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Job Duties
- perform general housekeeping duties in apartments and shared areas
- maintain housekeeping equipment and supplies
- uphold resident confidentiality
- follow all safety protocols including operating a golf cart when necessary
- stand and walk for prolonged periods during shifts
- lift and move items weighing up to 30 pounds
- communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
