The position offers a starting pay of $14.00 per hour, with hours of operation from 10 am to 6 pm, Sunday through Thursday, creating a balanced work schedule for employees. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred
  • Ability to work Sunday through Thursday from 10 am to 6 pm
  • Physical ability to perform cleaning and laundry duties
  • Commitment to maintaining community standards of cleanliness and sanitation
  • Reliable and punctual work ethic
  • Ability to follow safety and hygiene protocols consistently

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Three to six months experience in housekeeping or janitorial position preferred
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
  • Good communication skills
  • Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks
  • Demonstrated compassion and enthusiasm for senior care and hospitality

Job Duties

  • Exemplify at all times community standards of cleanliness, sanitation and organization
  • Responsible for performing a variety of housekeeping and laundry functions to maintain an attractive, clean and comfortable environment to meet the needs of residents
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in resident rooms, common areas, and community spaces
  • Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, folding and distributing linens and clothing
  • Report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate personnel
  • Adhere to organizational policies and procedures regarding hygiene and safety
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure residents’ satisfaction and comfort
