The Housekeeper role at Curacao plays a vital part in maintaining the store's cleanliness and hygiene, ensuring a positive and enjoyable environment for both customers and associates. This role involves a variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks within the store and around its exterior façade to uphold the store’s appearance to the highest standards. Responsibilities include cleaning glass entrances, pressure-washing sidewalks, dust-mopping and wet-mopping floors, vacuuming carpets, and spot-cleaning surfaces. The Housekeeper is also tasked with emptying trash cans, maintaining restrooms by cleaning sanitary fixtures, restocking supplies, and sanitizing air vents and diffusers.

Additionally, the position requires collaboration with store staff to maintain cleanliness standards continuously throughout the day, dust and clean inventory and displays, and greet customers with friendliness and professionalism. The successful candidate for this role will demonstrate a customer-centric attitude, be proactive in completing tasks with integrity, and embrace teamwork within the store environment. The role demands physical activity including lifting, carrying, standing, pushing, pulling, bending, and squatting as necessary to perform cleaning duties effectively.
