Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Three to six months experience in housekeeping or janitorial role preferred
- Availability to work from 10am to 6pm Sunday through Thursday
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with housekeeping
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Effective communication skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Three to six months experience in housekeeping or janitorial position preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and enthusiastic attitude towards senior care and hospitality
- Willingness to learn and adapt to community standards
Job Duties
- Exemplify community standards of cleanliness sanitation and organization at all times
- Perform a variety of housekeeping and laundry functions to maintain an attractive clean and comfortable environment
- Ensure resident areas meet high standards of sanitation and hygiene
- Manage laundry duties including washing drying folding and distribution
- Maintain supply stock and report maintenance issues as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operation
- Comply with all health and safety regulations
