Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Three to six months experience in housekeeping or janitorial position preferred
- Availability to work on Saturdays
- Ability to perform physical tasks related to housekeeping
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Job Duties
- Exemplify at all times community standards of cleanliness, sanitation and organization
- Responsible for performing a variety of housekeeping and laundry functions to maintain an attractive, clean and comfortable environment to meet the needs of residents
- Maintain cleanliness in resident rooms, common areas and community spaces
- Handle laundry tasks including washing, drying and folding linens
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
- Follow established procedures and safety protocols
- Provide exceptional hospitality and support to residents
