Job Requirements
- ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend written and oral instructions in English
- must be able to frequently stand, stoop, bend, squat throughout a shift
- must be able to stand or walk for up to 70 percent of the workday
- must be able to lift 30 pounds without assistance and push or pull on a cart
- must be age 16 or older

Job Duties
- performs cleaning services to residential homes daily
- performs scheduled annual deep clean
- cleans floors, furnishings, walls, windows, woodwork, and specified items
- high and low dusting, sweeps, dry and wet mops, vacuums carpets and rugs
- cleans all bathrooms, scours, and polishes tubs, sinks, mirrors, and similar equipment
- cleans and polishes glass panels, doors, and partitions
- straightens and rearranges furniture, waters plants, empties and washes wastebaskets
- cleans building utility areas, closets, offices, lounges, lobbies, entrances, halls, meeting rooms, and stairways
- removes soiled laundry and returns clean laundry to residences in an organized manner
