Job Requirements
- high school diploma or general education degree (ged) required
- three to six months experience in housekeeping or janitorial position preferred
- ability to perform physical tasks associated with housekeeping
- ability to work flexible hours
- ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members
- commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and professionalism

Job Duties
- exemplify at all times community standards of cleanliness, sanitation and organization
- responsible for performing a variety of housekeeping and laundry functions to maintain an attractive, clean, and comfortable environment to meet the needs of residents
- greet residents, employees and guests warmly by name and with a smile
- treat everyone with courteous respect
- strive to anticipate resident, employee, and guest needs and act accordingly
- listen and respond enthusiastically in a timely manner
- maintain high levels of professionalism both in conduct and appearance at all times
